QUOKKA, which is one of the Australian Centre for Neutron Scattering's SANS instruments, is featured on the front cover of the latest issue of the Journal of Applied Crystallography and appears in a special edition on “Advanced neutron scattering instrumentation”. Having recently celebrated its first 100 publications, the article describes QUOKKA’s design, performance and operation; it also showcases an array of scientific highlights, many combined with innovative and unique sample environments.
