Registration

We are using an online system for receiving your details and accepting your credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), provided by RegisterNow.  This is the preferred means for registration.  If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact the workshop secretary, Lista Choi, ecris2012@ansto.gov.au.

Please read the following information and then register by using the links at the bottom of this page.

Workshop fees are as follows:

•           early bird full fee (until June 15^th)             $550
•           early bird student fee (until June 15^th)      $300
•           full fee                                                        $600
•           student fee                                                 $350

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Current exchange rates can be found at http://www.rba.gov.au/statistics/frequency/exchange-rates.html

Eligibility for student fees: you must be a full time student and must have your supervisor’s support.  You must ask your supervisor to confirm your status and their support by email to the workshop secretary, Lista Choi, ecris2012@ansto.gov.au.

Registration includes:

•           all scientific sessions
•           morning and afternoon teas
•           Welcome Reception
•           Workshop Dinner
•           Workshop Excursion
•           Friday 28^th: transport to/from ANSTO, lunch and tour of ANSTO

Lunches are not included, except on Friday

Companions who wish to participate in the social program should book their selected events using the link below.

Social program, with prices for companions:

•            Welcome Reception, Monday 24^th Sept, Australian National Maritime Museum, drinks and canapes $45.  On board HMAS Vampire.
•           Workshop Dinner, Wednesday 26th Sept, private dining area at Waterfront Restaurant, $110.  Great food and beautiful location at Circular Quay West, The Rocks – one of Sydney’s prime tourist areas
•           Workshop excursion, Thursday 27^th Sept, 2-6pm, $65.  There is a choice of two excursions offered:

1) Sydney harbour sightseeing cruise, private charter with commentary and stopover, afternoon tea provided;

2) Harbourside bushwalk.  This is a guided bushwalk and requires a good level of fitness; it is 9km with some steep sections and some sections of rough walking track.  The start of the bushwalk is reached by a short ride in a coach.  After the walk, return to the Sydney CBD by ferry (included).

Note: multiple registrations may be paid with a single credit card payment if you wish.  However the companion’s bookings must be paid separately to registrations.
