Two of the Australian Centre for neutron Scattering stellar early career researchers, Josie Auckett and Grace Causer have featured in the 2017 edition of Careers with Science. This magazine is targeted at Year 11/12 students and is distributed to all Australian high-schools.
Josie (left) is a postdoctoral fellow working with the Functional Materials for Energy Devices and Systems project team developing porous materials for hydrogen storage and carbon dioxide capture.
Grace (right) is a joint PhD student with the University of Wollongong and ANSTO examining new materials that are made in the lab and could be used in next-generation electronics to make computers faster.
