The meteorological and environmental radiation data available on this website is collected and collated by ANSTO for ANSTO’s own operational purposes (“data”). ANSTO makes it available to the public as a free service for use in non-commercial purposes only. The data is subject to scientific and technical uncertainties and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the service without notice at any time.

If you request data from ANSTO, then ANSTO will provide the data in the most appropriate format that it determines at the time. We are not liable to you or anyone else if interference with or damage to your computer systems occurs in connection with the use of the data. You must take your own precautions to ensure that prior to access and use of the data that it is free of viruses or anything else (such as worms or Trojan horses) that may interfere with or damage the operations of your computer systems.

By requesting the data, the user acknowledges and agrees that ANSTO does not accept any liability for any injury, loss, damage or costs incurred by the user.
