Safety Training at ANSTO
Apart from giving its staff comprehensive radiation safety training, ANSTO is a leader in providing training to industry groups and partners.
Given the range of hazards associated with the diverse operations at ANSTO, it is vital to ensure that all persons undertaking work or research are suitably qualified and experienced to undertake the tasks in a safe manner, minimising the risks to themselves and their colleagues.
ANSTO has a large suite of training courses, supplemented by external training providers, aimed at ensuring that all employees, research partners and contractors have and maintain the required skills and knowledge to carry out their tasks in a safe manner.
