Prizes
The Protein Team submitted a paper at the International Food Technology Conference and was awarded third place for the 2007 George F. Stewart IFT International Research Paper Competition, Chicago, July 2007.
First prize was awarded to the team in an international poster competition at the 14th Gums and Stabilisers for Food Industry Conference for their work entitled "Water-Induced Conformational Changes in Solid-State Soy Glycinin", Wrexham, United Kingdom, June 2007.
