Mrs Faizun Nesa
I am a joint PhD student of ANSTO and University of Wollongong. I have started here as a student from November 2013. My supervisor at ANSTO is Dr. Shane Kennedy, Technical Director of Bragg Institute, ANSTO and Dr. Shi Xue Dou, Director and Distinguished Professor, Institute for Superconducting & Electronic Materials, Australian Institute of Innovative Materials, University of Wollongong, Innovation Campus. My thesis involves magnetic model of nanoparticle ferrite samples via neutron diffuse scattering with polarization analysis. At present I am working specifically on Zn ferrite.
I am a faculty member of Department of Natural Science, FSIT of Daffodil International University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have completed my MSc and BSc in Physics from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh.
In MSc my thesis topic was “Structural, Magnetic and Electrical Properties of Cr Doped Mg Ferrites” and I have completed my thesis from Atomic Energy Research and Establishment (AERE), Bangladesh.
‘Structural and magnetic properties of Cr3+ doped Mg ferrites’ from World Journal of Condensed Matter Physics (WJCMP)
‘Cation distribution and crystallographic characterization of the spinel oxides MgCrxFe2_xO4 by neutron diffraction’ from ELSEVIER
