Fred's responsibilities are primarily in working on quantification of PET whole-body mice, aiming to achieve a reliable quantification of the kinetics of in vivo whole-body investigations of the mice in a dual-bed framework.

Fred completed his Masters and PhD at the University of Strasbourg before accepting a position with ANSTO LifeSciences as a post doctoral research fellow in 2011.
Research interests and areas of expertise
Fred's core expertise lies in characterising PET and SPECT systems as well as processing and analysing nuclear medicine images. This expertise includes molecular imaging, SPECT, PET, CT, instrumentation, image processing, image reconstruction, and quantification.
