Role at ANSTO
Mr Drewer is the technical officer responsible for meeting the day-to-day technical requirements of the AMS group. Since joining ANSTO in 1989 he has worked in areas including radiation detection systems, electronics, high vacuum systems and semiconductor processing in relation to solid state physics. Since joining the AMS group in 1993 he has assisted in the development upgrading and assembly of the AMS beam lines and maintenance of the ion source and is one of the AMS operators.
