ANSTO holds regular informal meetings with the local community to enable residents to find out more about ANSTO, discuss our activities and programs and ask questions. We hope you'll come and find out more.
The next Community Discussion will be held on Tuesday 2 December 2008
at 6pm (for a 6.30pm start)
at ANSTO's Visitor Centre, New Illawarra Road, Lucas Heights.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Presentations will be given on the life saving nuclear medicines produce at ANSTO and how spent fuel is handled and transported.
As the event will be held at the Visitor Centre, which is outside ANSTO's secure site, no special security access is required. For catering purposes, please RSVP by 5pm on Friday 28 November 2008 to communications@ansto.gov.au or call 02 9717 3168.
