The organisation's highest priority is the protection of human health, safety and the environment.
A key philosophy is that safety is a shared responsibility, which places obligations on personnel at all levels to support the organisation's commitment to continuous improvement in safety performance and not to accept any standard less than 'zero-harm' to people and the environment.
