ANSTO offers professional teaching resources on nuclear science.

A team of professional education officers at ANSTO work with school and teacher groups across Australia to support science teachers.

Teaching and learning resources developed by ANSTO help make nuclear science and technology accessible to students (see menu on the right of the page).

The education team provides resources to help present nuclear science as part of the junior science syllabus and for senior-level physics and chemistry. Professional development days for teachers are held on site each year, giving teachers an opportunity to directly engage with scientists and the technology.
