ECRIS 2012

 

The 20th International Workshop on Electron Cyclotron Resonance Ion Sources (ECRIS-2012) will be held in Sydney, Australia, from 25th-28th September 2012. ECRIS 2012 logo

The workshop is organised by the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO).

The principal venue will be the Australian National Maritime Museum, Darling Harbour, in the heart of the city of Sydney.

The workshop will focus on the latest developments in performance, modelling and applications of ECR ion sources along with the associated physics and technologies.

Support for Australian / New Zealand students:

The Australian Institute of Nuclear Science and Engineering (AINSE) will provide a limited amount of travel support for students from an AINSE member organisation, presenting a poster or oral presentation. Preference will be given to research students and early career researchers.  Most Australian and New Zealand universities are members, and also CSIRO and GNS.  Please contact Jorden Lickiss at jlk@ainse.edu.au for more information.
