ANSTO LifeSciences
A new and innovative group called ANSTO LifeSciences replaced the Radiopharmaceutical Research Institute (RRI) on 26 February 2010.
ANSTO LifeSciences has been born from the need to enhance ANSTO’s strong collaborations and ensure it has a more complete approach to the life sciences.
While there will remain a focus on radiopharmaceuticals, ANSTO LifeSciences will lead in establishing a wider range of techniques and applications relevant to a broader set of life sciences disciplines and objectives.
ANSTO LifeSciences will be supported by a common facilities and infrastructure “platform”. Subject matter experts in their fields will build strong internal and external partnerships using the platform as a basis for these.
