User access

ANSTO encourages collaboration and partnerships with research organisations and commercial users, and aims to respond promptly to requests as per its research and service Charter.

ANSTO makes its nuclear science and engineering facilities available to the research community and industry through peer-reviewed, collaborative and commercial arrangements. Individuals within the organisation assist reseachers and industry users by identifying nuclear-based techniques that meet their research needs. Assistance can also be provided in the form of experiment design, sample preparation, use of the facilities and in analysing of data. ANSTO researchers can also provide comprehensive analytical and reactor-based services to clients.

ANSTO facilities and instruments

The organisation provides access to specialised facilities and equipment by application. Visit the facilities and instruments page for a list of the most commonly requested instruments. Direct requests can also be made to the Institutes offices.
