When we understand forces, we can do awesome things. Learn about Newton’s Laws and really understand how they work and how we can use them to do super cool experiments. We’ll learn the secrets behind experiments like jumping beads and crazy balancing birds. Ever wondered how engineers make giant towers or bridges? It’s all about forces! And now that you know how they work, lets see who can build the strongest bridge! Will it hold up under pressure? Only time will tell.
Please bring food, drinks and a hat for afternoon tea break. The workshop starts at 9am, please arrive 15 minutes before at the ANSTO Discovery Centre.
