ANSTO is pleased to announce that the ANSTO Australian Synchrotron User Meeting - UM2024 will be held in person at the Australian Synchrotron in Clayton, Victoria.
Registrations are Now Open
We look forward to welcoming you at this in-person meeting of the synchrotron user community; an opportunity to reunite with colleagues, converse with synchrotron scientists, mingle with leaders in the field, and make new friends over the science we love. This is a fabulous opportunity for established users and ECRs to build their networks and for new or prospective users to learn about everything the synchrotron and the user community has to offer. As always, the User Meeting provides the opportunity to celebrate those that have made significant contributes to the community as well as those rising stars through the coveted Lifetime Award, ECR Award and Stephen Wilkins Thesis Medal.
User Meeting 2024 Topics will include: Manufacturing, Engineering & Industry - Advanced Materials - Biological Systems & Life Science - Chemistry, Crystallography & Biologics - Soft Matter, Foods & Nanomedicines - Solid-State Physics - Instruments & Techniques - Earth, Environment & Cultural Heritage

11am User Meeting opens - welcome and plenary speaker
5:30pm Poster session with drinks and canapes
Day 2: Thursday 28th November
9am User Meeting resumes
6:30pm Buffet Dinner (onsite at Kitchen Sync)
Day 3: Friday 29th November
9am User Meeting resumes
1pm User Meeting Closes
