WIN $500 worth of classroom resources

To celebrate the International Year of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements 2019 (IYPT2019), we challenge classrooms to share your best photo representing the real-world use of any element on the ANSTO periodic table.

The winner will receive a prize of $500 to go towards classroom resources.

There will also be prizes of $100 for two runners-up.

In addition, the best pictures will appear across ANSTO's social media channels.

Eligibility

We want all schools within Australia with an ANSTO periodic table to take the best shot possible and enter the competition!

Judging criteria

The pictures will be judged internally on their creative merit by ANSTO staff. It must be a group shot of your class with the ANSTO periodic table poster and ANSTO XR app open, including a caption of one element's real-world use. It must be sent in from August 9th - August 18th, 2019.

Deadline for submission is August 18th, 2019.
