Guo Chen (Terry)

Terry has studied in Singapore and Australia, focusing on teaching design. He is passionate about cross-cultural interactive learning and design research to inspire new and innovative concepts. Since joining Design Factory Melbourne (DFM) in 2020, he has been inspired by design thinking.

Terry re-breaks and innovates design by integrating design thinking into cross-border consideration. He believes that design has never been the use of emotional thinking to tap inspiration, except for the birth of the original idea, but more on getting the final product. Terry's emphasis on design thinking is the embodiment of a pragmatic design spirit. He enjoys travelling, outdoor sports, Chinese painting and calligraphy.
