Today and tomorrow, the Institute is participating in the First Workshop for J-PARC/ANSTO MOU Collaboration in Tokai, Japan. There are around 50 attendees, including 12 from ANSTO. The meeting results directly from the joint Memorandum of Understanding signed in July 2015, in Manly.
The following topics are featured in the meeting: Hard Matter, Soft Matter including Food Science, Industrial Applications, Sample Environments, Polarised Neutrons, Safety, and Deuteration.
