Ms Andrea Sutton brings a wealth of expertise across a range of operational and corporate functions having held a number of executive roles in safety, human resources, security and infrastructure management within the resources sector.
Ms Sutton was previously the CEO and Managing Director of Energy Resources of Australian following a 19 year career with Rio Tinto where she was General Manager of Operations at the Bengalla Mine and General Manager of Infrastructure, Iron Ore.
Ms Sutton has extensive experience as a non-executive director for ASX-listed, Government and not-for-profit organisations. She is currently the Chair of Water Corporation WA and sits on several Boards including Iluka Resources, The National Association of Women in Operations and Australian Naval Infrastructure. She was formerly a non-executive director of Energy Resources of Australia and board member of Infrastructure WA.
A Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Ms Sutton also holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Economics from the University of New England in Australia.
