ANSTO is pleased to announce that the ANSTO Australian Synchrotron User Meeting - UM2026 will be held in person once again at the Australian Synchrotron in Clayton, Victoria.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Australian Synchrotron for the 2026 User Meeting. The Synchrotron user community will come together once again to exchange ideas, showcase research, engage with synchrotron scientists, and build new connections around a shared passion for science. This event offers valuable opportunities for established, emerging, and prospective users. The User Meeting will again highlight excellence in synchrotron science through the ECR and MCR Research Awards, Lifetime Contribution Award and the Stephen Wilkins Thesis Medal. Further details will be announced soon.
The 2026 User Meeting will be accepting presentations applying synchrotron science to a range of applications organised under the following synchrotron based themes: Imaging & Microscopy - Spectroscopy - Diffraction, Scattering & Crystallography - Accelerator Science & Radiotherapy
